Hi, I’m Carmen

I was first casually introduced to yoga in 2011 while on a summer internship in India related to the fashion industry. Working in this fast paced industry across different countries eventually led to a burn out and feeling deeply disconnected. This burn out collided with the loss of one of my best friends in 2015 and it was then that yoga became my refuge.

As it often happens, it takes a big event to open the door to our other underlying unresolved matters. It wasn’t up until that point that I realized how I had always lived from a place of disconnection. Yoga opened my heart and my soul, allowing me to work through a lot of old baggage and learning how to become present and content in the here and now.
